Ethiopian American Muslim Association of Nashville (EAMAN) is a non-profit, non-political, non-
sectarian, religious and membership based organization, charitable, educational, scientific or literary within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code of 501(c)(3). The organization is managed by elected Board members. The main purpose of this organization is to strengthen relationships between religion and Islamic cultures among Ethiopians, and Ethiopian-American Communities. Our mission and core values are to protect and preserve our religious heritage and bridge cultural gaps, to make a lasting and positive impact in the lives of the association community members, to strengthen the capacity of our members to achieve their goals in their lives, and to build and maintain a supportive relationship with the personal, moral, ethical, good citizens, and professional communities in which we live and work.
EAMAN provides opportunities to positive experiences, preserve cultural days, Islamic studies and many more to our community where we proactively and reactively create and maintain a socially, healthy, open and productive brotherhood and sisterhood.
